______________________________________________________________Well, Mike, I do not live in a flood prone basement, but, 15 ears ago the bottom of my water heater rotted out and I wound up with about 2 inches of water all over my 2000 sq. foot basement. I had radios floor to ceiling everywhere. If you would like to see part of what it looked like before the flood, google “visit n4fs” . Insurance paid over $200K.
