Yes, the location of the ANT TRIM control at the middle right side of the front panel means it is either an R-390/URR or R-391/URR, and not an R-390A/URR.  Jim's information about the CHANNEL switch at the middle left side of the front panel seals the R-391/URR identification.  Good job, Jim!

 

Too bad there are no R-389/URR sets in the mix.  :-)

 

I'm a fan of the significantly improved and simplified R-390A/URR.

The photo looks strange but they they are all R-390 or R-390A.  There is something mounted above them.  Maybe a TTY demodulator.  I am not sure.
