Well I don’t have the Buzzer Al is looking for, but looking up the MK IV, this is a throwback to the days of landline telegraph! Which dates back to before the Civil War. A single wire aloft, using the earth as the return. A manual for it is available here:

Gang,

Might anyone have a "Buzzer F" for a Fullerphone Mk IV?  A unit have been donated to the Radio technology Museum and I'd like to get it going just for fun.  Our buzzer is missing one of it's contacts, so a damaged unit might take care of the problem.
