CX-1360 is actually the dry battery power cable for the R-174/GRR-5,  Sounds like you are actually working with the CX-1358 or CX-1359.  However, as far as the right-angle 4-pin female cable connector is concerned, the only difference is the ID of the cable gland. Which is larger in the one that runs off of 6, 12 or 24 VDC to the internal AC/DC vibrator power supply.  Anyway, the most common number for the connector is UW1220FAnn or UW1320FAnn where “nn” is an odd number between 11 and 17 and is the ID of the packing gland in odd 1/32” increments.  Those that I have actually seen were 11, 13 and 17.  1220 will be dogbone style and 1320 will be cathedral. 

 

There is also another contractor (Amphenol) who used a longer part number beginning with “164-” but I have only seen those in the 9-pin for the R-392.

Hi Gentlemen….. I recently Built a “Kit” Battery Eliminator power supply “K101A”and am at the cable building Phase… I need to know what the connector is that is on the CX-1360/U cable that connects to the radio or it’s Equivilent?Thanks in advance.Jim KB1PFL
