The 14V and 28V electric remote tuning motors are covered in AN 16-30ARR2-2, the final  Maintenance Manual on the AN/ARR-2, -2X, -2A and -2AX.  Unfortunately, as  Eugene already said, there isn’t much that you can actually do with the AN/ARR-2*.

On Ebay now, this motor tuned ARR-2 receiver. I have not seen one before. So how was this controlled; is it continuous

or step tuned?
