Not being a big fan of Deoxit, mostly because it is so damn expense, I use the Dollar Store spray penetratingly oil on both switches and pots with as much success as any other product I ever tried.  It certainly cures the scratchy pots in radios and such and did I mention that it only costs a dollar a can?  It is a light foaming oil that readily evaporates but leaves a thin film behind that seems to lubricate quite well.

I don't remember is the switch in question is sealed or not but I would try putting the radio on it's back and applying a bit of the spray on the bat handle then toggling the switch while the foam works it's way down into the switches guts.

Gently spray De-Ox-It around the base of the toggle,
the idea being to leach a good bit of it inside the switch.
Work it back-and-forth.  Do this two or three times.
This has worked for me 90+% of the time.

Curious if there are any suggestions for intermittent toggle switches on the TBX? Being somewhat of a purist, don't really want to change out the switches.
