Originally installed at Camp Evans in Belmar, NJ to track Vanguard and other satellites, this antenna was then used as an earth station for TIROS satellites among other things. 

Now it is being used for radio and radar astronomy for space education purposes.

Some leads as to where to look for engineering drawings would be appreciated.
