I belong to the "Northwest Vintage Radio Society" in Portland, Oregon. Because of its website exposure,
the club regularly gets messages offering something to sell, or even something to contribute to the club
to sell. Almost all this stuff is "big". It's like the big "die-off" or extinction of ( some ) larger stuff. But a
few categories continue to hold value or even escalate.

I was listening to Jim Bohannon talk show from KGO SF CA last night; he had a real estate guy on. The fellow
said 1/2 of homes for sale now, "sell instantly". Said along with numerous east coast cities, also in Portland,
Oregon, rents had increased 29% over last year. Maybe concerns displace interest in large collectibles.
