I have two of these. One is complete and came in original crate, but missing the omni whip, The other is more or less a parts unit as it is missing the lamp shades and loops, but it does have the elbow that you need. Unfortunately at this time neither one is accessible, at least by me. The nice one is in the basement and the other in the garage. 73 – Mike

Hi friend. I recently acquired this neat radio. It appears that I am missing what I believe to be a lamp holder.  See picture:

Anyone have a parts mule with these bits? I think I would need the elbow and screws. And maybe there is a piece that sits atop this elbow? Not sure. Experts please let me know!
