I have the text of a radio transmission to Japan with instructions for attending the surrender
procedures. I have not in a quick search been able to find this on the web. Does anyone here
know if it exists and is available there? Reason I ask, the paper copy I have is not distinct. If
there is interest, I would maybe undertake to retype it and post here.
