[Milsurplus] non-magnetic TCS

The cabinet swap contract is early 1950s as best I can tell. Contractor was
National Electric Supply Co. which did specials for the Navy.

That TCS-12 contract is 1943. I sure wish I could find a list of Navy
contract dates.
