[Milsurplus] Field day the old way

Hi

Field day in the 1960’s …. 

Main memory is converting the high school radio club three element beam into a rotatable dipole. Seems
that base we tried using on the “portable tower” really should have been anchored a bit better. I still am amazed
that nobody got injured. 

Fun stuff when there’s no adult supervision :) :) :)
