[Milsurplus] ART 13 TU panel

I had asked this maybe a year ago, so trying again in case somebody got a
junker ART13 or two.  I need the panel that goes on the TU around the knobs
and phone jacks, one that is in good shape and graphics.  My ART 13 looks
good above the TU, but somewhere along its life someone painted the TU
panel and just put stick on letters over the controls, and none on anything
else.  I tried to redo it myself, even with a pen set that was designed for
marking panels, but no luck.  A fellow ham found a person in Spartanburg SC
that can make perfect overlays for a very inexpensive price, he had 4 made
for a rig, one to use,  one in case he screws up putting it on, and 2 to
sell and it was only $32.  All she needs is a picture and panel dimensions,
she figures the rest out, so that is the next stop.  But it won't be black
wrinkle.
