[Milsurplus] TRC-109 info

Years ago, through the kindness and generosity of either
Clare Owens or Hugh Miller (sorry; I'm old now and things
fall out my ears), I received a copy of the TRC-109B manual.
Not very thick, but with schematic and good info.
