Ray,

You can ship by UPS much more cheaply by using UPS’s website to pay for & print the label which you tape into the package.  Then…you take the prepaid package to a UPS store, ask for an acceptance receipt, and leave it with them for pick up later in the day by a UPS truck.  You don’t pay the UPS Store anything.
