[Milsurplus] Almost, but a tad thin

Someone was looking for plastic to put in the roller inductor cover on an
ARC or SCR TX.  In other work, I have used the clear plastic from the
packaging of a kids toy, but today, I threw out the clear cover plastic
from the blister pack of D Cell batteries, and noted that it was very much
heavier than that used on toys and may be a good enough substitute for that
ARC window.
