[Milsurplus] TCS-10 Power Supply?

I just picked up a TCS-10 receiver at the Sussex County hamfest today. When I got home and pulled it out of the case, it looks like it has a professional after-market AC power supply installed, and the original 12V tubes have been replaced with their 6V equivalents.
Did Collins make an after-market AC power supply for these receivers?
