Mr T is correct..House on 92nd Street is the movie and I just recently saw
it on our local terrestrial TV channel.
It shows this clandestine station operated by a FBI informant using a HT-4
with the
HT-5 modulator and BC 939 ant tuner...with two NC 200 rcvrs a BC 614
modulator on the side and one piece of equipt I could not ID. Also the the
spies hide out in NYC is either a S-24 or 25 in the background
The entire movie is on you tube and is not too bad to watch through..but
if you just want to see the scenes with the radios the two opportunities
to do so are at...
36.33..the best one...and 1.14.52.
The funny part for me is in the final scene..if you watch you'll catch
what is said about the operating frequency of the
HT-4...correct cw was being sent too.
