Hue,
The body of the original meter is 2 3/4" so your meter is too small for
a proper fit, but might be OK electrically.
Original is 5 mA full-scale, and right-side zero.
I live in the general area of RCA Camden, NJ and found an AR-88 with an
original meter, and also picked up a meter at a hamfest.
