[Milsurplus] Dial plates

The remote control dial plate was part of the receiver and was stored under
the tube cover on that threaded stud, you would think they would be more
common than they are, but most are in the unobtainium zone. Don't know if
later in the production if they stopped putting that stud on the cover and
included the dial with each receiver, but that would seem to complicate the
problem of changing the receiver to a different freq range and not having
the proper dial plate for the remote control without having to make another
procurement request. I picked up a couple receivers from a place in NC a
few years ago, 'Forgotten Fields', and both had the dial plate on the stud
under the cover.
