[Milsurplus] What is this MS3116 connector ?

Here is a connector i found labeled "PRC-68". It obviously is NOT for the PRC-68 which has a 5 pin.
This connector is " ITT CANNON-7424-MS3116F12-3S ",  wired to 2 wire lead.
Feel free to correct my take on the connector number.
What is this actually for ?
Is this something you "need" ?  IF so, mailed for cost of postage only; qth in FIRST email.
