[Milsurplus] TBK-19 WIRE

I've found several packages of wire.  It is advertised as:

1 wire 240 inches long

It appears to be 41 or 42 strands of 10 mil tin plated copper so it is about equivalent to 14 AWG.  Two layers of impregnated cloth insulation.  The inner insulation is wrapped, the outer is woven.
