I've been looking at a lot of this stuff for the past few months for
various projects.

Most are fixed, for specific applications, a 28V generator to a
convertor, to charge a 12V battery, and run 12V equipment.

I have a 12V to 24V for a project, and I'm looking at 12V to 36, 48, and
60V units, generally with a 10A capacity.

I also have one that converts something like 6-30V input to something
like 1.5-28V adjustable output, to give me a constant regulated 9VDC
from a 12V panel and SLA battery in the field. I picked that one up
from Mouser.

I saw the high voltage models yesterday, but don't have a use for them
yet, myself.

I'd be sure to look at the ratings, and reviews, if a few dozen, or a
couple hundred, or even a thousand people are happy with a model, I'd go
with that one. People have been happy with the Cllena brand buck/boost
convertors, but they have limited input/output ranges.
