[Milsurplus] RAS-4 documents

I've enjoyed my RAS. It is a great general purpose receiver with an 
excellent BFO for SSB and CW. I also tweaked my #4 coil set to cover 160 
meters.  While I had the set on the bench I evaluated the oscillator to 
see if it has enough drive for one of those miniature frequency 
counters. See link below.
