If soap, warm water, and rub gently them with a finger under a flowing 
faucet.

If dried soap scum, then warm water, and more soap, to dissolve the scum 
with what left it behind, rinse, dry

If mineral deposits from water, white vinegar, just a drop on a 
fingertip, and rub it gently, until the spot disappears, then rinse, and 
dry with a clean cloth before the spots can re-appear.

I fight this constantly, up to several times per week.
