[Milsurplus] Right angle drives

There were 2 sizes, the smaller one  for the ARC and the larger for the
RDF.  The RDF used both a 'T' and the right angle as both the pilot and the
navigator had identical mechanical controls hooked together, turning one
also turned the other.  Some ARC gear had a right angle on the receiver so
the tuning  cable would not poke out excessively in the radio compartment.
