[Milsurplus] Gotta open 'er up

I've been lucky so far with fixing TCS gear, on my 4th set in 58 years, and
do remember in the past that I had to remove an IF transformer for
something.  The schematic does not show any internal capacitors inside the
can, but something is dinging me in the brain that says there are.  Might
be confusing it with another receiver, a National perhaps, but I have one
IF can that will not peak, wants the slugs all the way in to get max out,
tube, voltages, and circuit components seem fine.  Refresh my old memory,
are there caps internal to the IF can, Z201 to be specific?
