[Milsurplus] CU-701 of WRA-1, more

The CU-701 / WRA-1 is part of the SSB adaptor for USN transmitters TBM and others. Thanks to Nick's site i looked up the WRA-1 system manual,
NAVSHIPS 93294. ( Thanks indeed ! )  Goes between RT-465 rec - trans, which is the SSB device, and the power amps in the big transmitter.
Now, i wonder how this one item escaped the metal cauldron. Also, what to do with it ?  I hate to parts out something if there's still a use for it.
