[Milsurplus] Is this ( civilian ) bag worth saving ?

Inside measurement 16 x 15 x 6 inches. In my employment years  this would have gone in the hamper along with its Telco specialized test set, but i shortstopped it. I was thinking GRC-9 or BC-1306, but might not fit. Perhaps it will go to the animal shelter charity after all. Very clean, vgc. But not a backpack type thing.
