[Milsurplus] Lube for old, hard to move zippers ?

I have an antenna bag for the TBX radios that needs attention, maybe. The zipper does not move freely, to say the least. I "could" live with it permanently open.
But i wonder if there's something i could lube the zipper track with, something that would not migrate to the canvas bag itself. Maybe, "ChapStick", lip balm ?
I do NOT want any ingress to the canvas bag itself.  Ideas, or what have you done ?
