[Milsurplus] Couple things about the ARC cap in the ebay homebrew

That transceiver mentioned earlier: https://www.ebay.com/itm/365711599836
   contains the B&W phase shift network that was used for early SSB
transmitter balanced modulators and has a single crystal in the right rear
that is probably the carrier oscillator.  I did not see the SSB filter, but
it may be in the aluminum box underneath.  It also looks like it is
multiband.   The 1960's era  ARRL SSB for Radio Amateurs had some great SSB
rigs that could be homebrewed back then.   I always thought one of the
neatest idea was from the fellow who tapped 3 leads off the anode side of
the rectifiers  of his car alternator, fed the voltage to the 10 V
secondaries of a , 230 volt primary filament  transformers, and hooked them
up 3 phase fashion to get 700 volts for his mobile rigs plate supply.
Think the XFMRS were milsurp 50-400Hz units, and even  though it was high
freq AC it apparently worked quite well.
