[Milsurplus] Info on RF attenuators ?

Knowing there is a wealth of experience and knowledge out there, i submit this question.
Photo shows 2 sizes of RF attenuators i scrounged when the telco microwave at Albany, Oregon, Central Office was junked, this ca. 2000.
The numbers are 633-7314-004 and -195. The first crosses to NSN 5985-01-446-0371 or MA75/4BNC and specs to -4 db 50 ohms.
The other number, 195, would that mean -19.5 db ? No way on earth it's 195 db.
I do not have equipment set up at present to test this.
I would like to get the NSN number for the 195. I have not found on the net a list of attenuators that helps.

I also grabbed a couple microwave oscillator assemblies, thinking they would have TWTs, travelling wave tube oscillators.
I think around 11.8 kMHz, but not sure. I found instead they were solid state replacements. I still have these, why i do not know.
I do know the microwave subassemblies had hidden traps of substantial globs of silicon grease. Awful stuff.
