[Milsurplus] DPRK tank antenna

Here's a photo from the New York Times, 1 June 2025, "For Helping on Ukraine, Russia Gives North Korea a Military Bonus".
I noted the l o n g  antenna on the closest tank. That seems to indicate use of the same 30 - 50 MHz band. I don't have other measurements of the tank so to 
get a good guesstimate of the antenna length. It's hard to tell, but it looks to me like the other tanks don't have this long antenna. I assume the flags are for 
DPRK publicity photo only, as they'd make wonderful identification and targeting information for the other side. Also if anyone offhand knows the exact model
of tank, please inform me.
