[Milsurplus] PRC-515 Questions

 I finally received my PRC-515 after being stuck in Atlanta
for almost a year !!

Looking through all I received and having trouble ID'ing
two cables that came with it.

Both have a similar looking 7 pin Amphenol connector
on one end. One is marked KE24 and has two lugs (Red
and Blue wires) on the other end.
The other cable, marked KE23, has what looks like an
EU style two pin AC Plug.
Both fit the PR4 connector on the left side of the radio.
It would be nice if I could use either DC or AC to run the
radio, but I am not going to just plug it in without knowing
what I am doing !!

Can anyone tell me what these cables are used for ?
