N3KCB running a PRC-71, W8SDA running a URC-200, N2IA, KD2GIY and KC8KBK
I did NCS for most of the nets with KD2GIY taking over on the 3885 net so I was able to drag the PRC-108 out into the field and do some backpack operation, always amazed to be able to copy all the others with just a backpack. KK1K and KW1I dominated the AM net although think there may have been issues with Dump trucks. Think that Tony, N3KCB may get the prize for most different radios used operating a PRC-74, SEM-35 and a PRC-71 for the VHF net, He had an entire stack of those radios and may have also used it on 3885
We ran the 51.0 and 144.25 Nets back at the Howell building, used the radios onboard the mutt for NCS and just did an informal net around the grounds on those frequencies. Always fun to put those radios to work. Think this is the first time we did not have any URC-4 sets operational on VHF, saw a friend pick up a URC-4 with external battery and intact antenna for $20
I also worked the MMRCG RTTY Net on 7087 the next morning and attempted to do the 7296 USB net but there were issues, WF2U and K4NYW did check in.
Already looking forward to next year.
