[Milsurplus] GRC-9 Bias Battery

I can't speak for the GRC-9, but have some
experience with battery sets.
In many of those which use a bias battery,
if one runs them without proper bias voltage,
one risks blowing-open the hair-fine
Audio Output transformer primary winding.
