[Milsurplus] T-11A VHF transmitter FS

The A.R.C. equipment is well built and easy to work on.  Its a week end 
project to modify the  VHF equipment for 12 volt operation. I've 
actually flown a couple of aircraft that had the equipment installed 
including the UHF version and found the A.R.C. series  very reliable. I 
mounted the VHF transmitter and receiver on a portable wood "snatch 
plate" for easy transportation. See attch.
