[Milsurplus] Your second chance on the Tektronix ARR-15

I have not used an ARR-15 in many decades, but i sure liked the receiver. I like it's compacted, limited real estate front panel,
the little bandspread  ( calibrate ) window, and the open construction: no rat nest layered construction like a Hallicrafters.
I will do the selectivity mod. Then the only change i want is to operate receiver normally when the calibrate knob is moved off
zero. So there's "incremental tuning" kind of like the Eddystone 830. There is a power - on knob i think, that's not real useful
and can be repurposed while keeping the absolute original appearance.
