[Milsurplus] Odd ME-61 markings

Check out these odd labels on this apparently otherwise unmodified ME-61 field strength meter, part of GRC-9 equipment. The provenance trail i'm guessing is US Army > Valley Communications > Rickeall hamfest purchase by local ham > me, at an estate clearance.
