Nope, the Command sets use 8 pin octal sockets for the oscillator, magic eye tube, and the calibration crystal. That's a 7 pin plug like a 42 tube, look at under magnification. Maybe a crystal oscillator for a seven pin tube transmitter. But for sure home made.

If I was to hazard a guess. Maybe a Crystal adapter for an ARC-5 transmitter. There was a circuit in on of the surplus conversion handbook to allow crystal control so a Novice could use a 80 or 40 Meter ARC-5.
