If you can log into your account, you should be able to see where your 
stuff is going.

It's been a while since I've done this for myself, but if you have 
trouble, I can go through the steps, and send them.

BTW, the ARRL electronic/online system was all but destroyed several 
weeks ago, maybe a month or two, so that could be where some of the 
issues are coming from.
