[Milsurplus] Rheostat Repair

Made of nichrome, and potted in ceramic glaze.

I've had to fix a few old heaters of the same materials.

Either new rheostat, or a new wire, which isn't practical here.  In a 
heater, one can, at times, use a special crimp connector on the element, 
no room here.

You MIGHT be able to find someone who can laser weld this, if they have, 
or can ID/find the right alloy.
