I have always loved dynamotors. I never considered their vibration to be of any concern.
There are several things about them that I like, not the least of which is their sounding
somehat like a jet engine spooling up when starting. IMHO, they are LESS likely to output
"un-handleable" noise than many solid-state equivalients. I was never particularly concerned
about their efficiency. IMHO, anything battery-powered has low efficiency.
