Yes I imagine the factory jigs were more industrial. I was thinking
hobbyist construction. I did look closer at the photo and I believe a
T-195 is being worked upon in it.

 Based on conversation with the gals who actually did those
adjustments on the production line (and who had absolutely nothing
nice to say about doing it 20 years later ….), the factory rig for
doing it was very different than what is shown in that picture.
