It isn't.....critical that is. As someone mentioned, you COULD simply double up the 0.02 mfd 
ones you have. However, small 0.047 mfd 400 V caps are very inexpensive from eBay.

As Mark mentioned, it isn't that critical. The tolerance for those caps is something like +/- 20 
percent at best.
