[Milsurplus] [MRCA] cheap NOS H-113/U headphones

I didn’t order one, so didn’t see the shipping cost. Sorry for the false
alarm.
It looks like a family-run store so maybe try asking for a more reasonable
rate. But USPS have really upped their rates in recent years. A medium
flat-rate box is now $17.10
