[Milsurplus] history of optical digital radio display?

Guys,

The message size limit has been set at 3 MB for a long time. Seemed adequate for 99% of the traffic here as I rarely get one held back for excessive size to review these days. Trying to be considerate to the forum members and qth host. 

With that said I just increased it to 10 MB. 
Let’s see how the forum runs at that setting.
