I recently found out through another forum, something I've actually 
known since the beginning, but forgot, all a qth.net owner/moderator has 
to do it turn on "Allow attachments".

The longwave forum I'm on did it in the late 90's, and recently 
increased the file size limit considerably.  Seems qth.net forums still 
have the CW/300 baud dial-up $3 a minute to connect mentality.
