[Milsurplus] ART 13 operators manual

Does anybody know where a spiral bound operators manual for the ART 13 might be found, or a .doc or .pdf of the same?   Does it have a TM equivalent number?

Does anybody know why, in the ART 13 maintenance manual, it tells you to time K102 such that the vacuum contact when in receive, does not open until the 5 NC contacts 
under the cover for K102, open first?  Mine does not, and didn't really get into this until I found the vacuum contact out of time as it was not switching the antenna to the 
receive jack.  If you shined a bright light behind it, you could see the tiniest of a space between the fixed and movable contact.  it needed a tweak on the fine adjustment 
screw, but that meant is was basically open all the time when K102 operated, which the manual said was bad.
