[Milsurplus] [MRCA] CW Keying Wheel

Not sure I was able to send previously. 
I found WNU 36 at coastalradio.org.uk . It seems to have been a commercial telegraph station in Slidell, LA operating on 21431 kHz. My guess is the disc is a mechanical station ID disc.
